Disability Pride Month: Why Inclusion Is at the Heart of Every 321 Go Mascots Visit
Every July, Disability Pride Month gives us an opportunity to celebrate the achievements, contributions, and lived experiences of people who have disabilities. It's a time to recognize that disability is a natural part of human diversity and not something to hide; rather something that enriches our communities and worth celebrating. At 321 Go Mascots, this month has a special meaning. We aren't simply a business that believes in inclusion. We are a disability-led business.
That lived experience shapes everything we do, from how we communicate with families to how we create welcoming experiences for children at birthday parties, school events, festivals, fundraisers, and community celebrations across Southern Ontario.

As a family supporting our young entrepreneur born with Down syndrome, we have a unique understanding of what it feels like to want every person to feel welcomed, valued, and included. Sometimes it simply means making sure every child receives the same excitement, attention, and magical experience.

Because we have the unique lived experience of our son, Alexander, we understand that flexibility and patience are essential parts of creating truly inclusive experiences. We want to create spaces where every child can participate in the way that feels right for them.
